Ok, for 5 dollars more per month, I went from 2576 to 5035 and from 429 to 648. Seems to be faster but some times I'm not too sure.

Like this way , I test my internet speed test, through this site http://www.scanmyspeed.com/
My speed test results are,
upload speed:0.52 kbps
download speed:1.96 kbps
it has the best results for the internet speed test and also i downloaded for my internet without any flash or java or any other add ons to check the speed everyday.............it shows the right level of speed................

Fastest I can get through the only company that comes out this far is:
6Mbps Download
.5 Mbps Upload

My grade was a D- and it costs me $92 a month to get that!!

If I have to resort to my cellular tower it's even slower.
