Recently spotted this on Instagram. This guy is claiming a 0.1MOA group with his .223, is that even possible? I would've thought that a perfect one shot group with a .223 could at best be 0.223MOA. Am I wrong or is this guy speaking bull s..t?

Measure outside to outside and subtract the bullet diameter. A perfect group would b .000 moa. My tightest 3 shot group ever was with my 6.5 measuring .076 moa. .340 OTO - .264= .076 moa.
