Just upgraded to a Harrell and selling the Hornady manual powder measure that came with my starter kit years ago. Decent condition, does have some light rust on outer non-painted metal surfaces. No mechanical problems ever. I think it would work pretty well with ball powders and it worked good enough with extruded powders.
