like title says. It's missing red cap on the powder storage part but still works excellent.

I have a young guy putting himself through school that I am teaching to reload. He is a hard worker and coming into his own as a good hunter and hunting partner. He would get great use of it and appreciate it very much if he was to to be lucky enough to get it. I have given him a press and some other items.
