Hog Hunt near Concord NC

I'm looking for a place to hunt hogs near Concord NC this November - within an hour or so drive.

My wife just informed me of "our" plans for Thanksgiving weekend. We'll be visiting family in Concord. Rather than argue with her, we'll take the drive. But I would like to get away for a day (Friday or Saturday).

Could anyone let me in on where to hunt - a farm or public land or a preserve? License or permit info?
