What I am after is high BC bullets in .257 that is also very explosive. I mainly shoot vermin, mainly foxes under the spotlight out to ranges of 400m maximum.
As it is the start of the windy season down here in SE Australia I would like to play with some different bullets with more wind bucking ability than the Nosler BT which has served me well but is not quite explosive enough when bullet is not properly placed due to wind or driver error.
So I am open to recommendations, and tales of personal experience with particular bullets.
BTW, they will be fired from a 26" barreled .25-06 AI, so using a slightly heavier bullet is not an issue but keep in mind I only need it to shoot flat out to say 500m.
cheers
