In my earlier post when referring to length I should have been more clear, not case length but length to shoulder, your shoulders might need need bumped back more.
IF the brass has shiny areas right ahead of the belt then that is the problem. Regular dies do not resize the area immediately ahead of the belt and the cases grow until they will not chamber anymore. They will need a special die to be used again.
If you need a innovative tech body die after 6 or 7 firings with a load that light, I believe I would toss the Nosler brass, and buy some el cheapo winchester brass, I have some that have been loaded 11 or 12 times and they are a hell of a lot cheaper.
