I have Kreiger in 6.5 creedmoor 1-8 twist, Lother Walther 223 wylde1-8 twist, WOA 223 Wylde 1-12 twist , and 2 DPMS bull fluted 223 rem chambered barrels one is 16" 1-9 and a 20 1-8 twist. If your on a budget the DPMS are hard to beat for the money sub MOA barrels. My WOA is a little more accurate than the DPMS barrels the Lother is sub MOA but no better than the DPMS's and has a rather ruff chamber. You will be happy with a WOA barrel. The Kreiger is probably my best shooting gas gun but some of that has to do with the caliber it is a laser. I have a thicker walled EOP DPMS upper and sometimes wonder if the extra rigidity it's a little added help for accuracy that is the cheapest route for a thick walled upper there are lots of billet uppers that would work great also. I have two of the magpul STR stocks very good stock great cheek weld but will pull hair from your facial hair ouch. I like the Magpul fixed MOE stock quite a bit. I now Locktite(high temp can't remember the model off hand) the barrel extensions into the upper receivers takes out all play if there is any and can still be removed with a good quality heat gun if needed. Get a good quality trigger I like giessele's High speed National match. If this is going to be used as a carry gun in cold temps think about a Carbon Fiber handguard I like the AP Custom's. Budlite is right on with the cheap velocity of barrel length the 223 was optimized for a 20". For the 75's I like IMR4895 and IMR 8208 the latter is very accurate but does lack some in velocity Ramshot TAC is also a good one with good speed.I would not worry about a 1-7 twist 223 can't push even 35gr pills fast enough to come apart at least that I've seen.
