I got the Ventana 15-45x60 kit. I would have liked the higher end glass, but couldn't justify the extra $$.
When I use my Ventana spotter next to my Nightforce scope, the Ventana is obviously inferior. However, it is perfectly functional for my uses. My rifle range is only 120 yards and I can see holes in the target easily. That's all I wanted.
If you want a scope to take heavy abuse in the field or need to check targets way out there, maybe save up for the better glass. But for light hunting use and typical rifle target ranges, the Ventana will work.
