SOLD/EXPIRED Hart 25-06 Rem 700 fluted barrel

Have a winter project I had picked up last fall, but have changed directions. Bought from another forum and original owner listed as"a Cerakoted stainless Hart 25-06 1/10twist, #3 contour, 25" barrel chambered and fluted by Kampfeld Customs for a Trued 700 with 20 rds on it. It's a .75/.5 barrel with 110 gr. Hor ELD-X". Barrel does have slight removal marks. $175

What the muzzle dia.?
Large enough to thread 5/8x24 for a Suppressor??

Sorry, I never measured it , I'd guess that it was but coudnt say for sure.
