I like to shoot my hammers fast!!! 143 in 28 nosler 3520 fps does really well. My 25-06ai with 103 hammers at 3450fps has killed everything I have shot at!

I just thought I'd stomp the nest. I'm in Mexico mule deer hunting and my 7 prc is loaded with 170 hht . I just thought I'd try them being I have never killed anything with hammer bullets and this will be my last time ever shooting these things! Shot a buck at 318 had to shoot him twice and could have used another. Shot buck at 785 he needed another bullet is running 3220 FPS!
Going back to my Berger's and Barnes !

I'd like to know how he is getting 3220 fps with a 170 Gr HHT and not blowing the primer out lol.

I am using it in a 7 PRC and start really getting pressure at anything over 3050 fps. Have killed everything from elk to oryx with no problem.
