Walt emailed back and forth with me about my reloading. He shared with me how he was mourning the loss of his shooting partner…his wife.
Very personable man.

Not to derail the thread, by any means, but I would throw out a response to your comments on Walt Berger.

I was fortunate to have met Walt at the SHOT show in 2015, while he was still actively attending such things. I just wanted an opportunity to shake his hand and say hi and it turned into an hour long conversation about rifles, hunting, kids, and a multitude of other topics.

While I have never heard anything but exceptionally positive things about Steve and Hammer Bullets, I would also second your notion that Walt Berger is a heck of a guy. Personable to the core.

Congratulations! Seems bittersweet for us handloaders. Hopefully production can keep up and this doesn't become a scarce commodity like the rest of the bullet market. I better stock up accordingly ha ha Hammer time!!
