So what's the difference if any? I know that H powders are largely temp insensative. I switch to them in the late 90's.
Only the Australian powders. Hodgdon does not make powders, they never did. They badge and market powders from several sources, some of which are recent purchases for them, but the ADI powders are never for sale. ADI stands for Australian Defence Industries and is owned and financed by the Australian Government.

Selling product to an ally nation helps offset the costs of manufacturing and maintains independence in supply for the military there.
