Have H4350, IMR 4320,Win 748 and H4831SC to trade for H4831 I am in Idaho Falls Idaho. Cannot ship or will sell 45.00 per pound for the 4350,4320,748 this is what I have in it with hazmat and shipping. The H4831SC is 50.00 per pound.The only reason I am getting rid of H4831SC for regular H4831 is my rifle will not shoot the same with H4831SC as it does H4831
