rl33 needs a serious amount of load on it to work well in all temps.
I've had two of the three loads I've developed for it go south when the temps cooled off.
The only one I'm still using is a 225 grain hdy in my 300rum. I had worked with rl33 in my 7stw with 195's (8"twist barrel) and my 300rum with 200eld-x. Both were 1/2 moa in warm temps and both started acting up the minute you passed below light jacket weather. ymmv though...
