Gotta get a slug gun for a specific hunting area

Mossberg M183 3-shot bolt action .410 bore shotgun. I topped it with a red-dot scope intending to hunt doves, but it didn't do well. Although it shoots like a rifle with slugs and proved quite accurate at 100 yards.​

Mossberg M500 12G 3" magnum pump shotgun with 30" full choke barrel... Obtained in the late 1970's, I used it successfully hunting deer, wild turkey and small game. In the 1990's, I got a rifled slug barrel for it, topped it with a scope and used it for deer where I could not use a rifle. It will shoot 3" groups at 100 yards.​
