OK I tried to search but way to much came up and not what is was looking for. Sorry if it a beginner question but Supplies are getting very low so i am trying to limit it.
Here is the info.
6.5 creedmoor round shooting a consistant .25 -.35 inch group.
Been using only hornady brass but the got about 15 reloads nd primer pockets are wearing out.
I have 200 rounds virgin LAPUA Brass for a year now and finaly gotta use it.

Should I load for a ladder test again?? I already know the seat depth so that is good.
Should i use the load that shoots the same FPS or start over a redo the whole load workup?

Start with a lower charge on your Lapua brass, it's thicker and has less capacity. Good luck with the new brass.

Get back to your velocity you had with your hornady brass, it will probably be a little less powder charge then you may have to play with neck tension a little.
Good luck !
Give this a read, you can get a couple more firings out of them;
