So what do you guys think of the 6.5 Creedmoor? I'm thinking about getting one for my main elk hunting rifle, shots out to 1000 yards or so.

To reflect on this phenomenon: I believe it's important to have thick skin, it's what made America great. The Special Olympics meme is very distasteful borderline mean spirited. However, it's important to allow folks to express themselves, so we can weigh in and determine if there are the kind of people we want to associate with. I would say if MudRunner is not a child, I would not want to associate myself with him due to him trying to justify his use of a meme that is both insultive and disrespectful to not only mentally handicapped folks but may others. MudRunner may not know this but wounded veterans compete in the SO and its not exclusive to retarded folks. I know many in my mentally handicapped category would be saddened by seeing such a meme, and that saddens me, despite my staunch support of freedom of expression. MudRunner is definitely a C$U#N&T for sure, but it's a free country..

Lol...I think this was a spin off of another thread where Feenix and Mud were going at it - mud said something about poking the bear to feenix, feenix created this thread and now everyone is getting banned! Lol. Its a free for all!

I believe in having a thick skin. It's a shame we have to develop such a thing but it works for getting by in this very crowded world. What a thick skin should never do, however, is keep us from defending those who can't defend themselves. Bad taste is still bad taste even when there is an excuse for it, and it is right to express your opinion if you feel offended. It is far too easy to become immune and let it pass when you are online and I thank Len for setting a high standard. It's a rare thing. This is his show, it's a good one, and I am glad he puts in the effort.

Creedmoor is the only artillery cannon more deadly than the old Turdy-06. Be careful on shots shorter than 1500 yards, that thing is more explosive than an AT4.
