Just some thoughts for you.
I also live in a high temperature area, 100+ 5 months of the year. My reloading setup is in the garage as well. Most garage doors, I've noticed, do not have any type of insulation. I went down to Home Depot and purchased a few sheets of 2" polystrene insulation and placed them inside the garage door panels, that got the garage down 20* from the outside.
As for powder storage I purchased a Hardigg Storm Case. Hardigg Storm Cases, Airtight, Watertight, Waterproof, Protection Systems, Dent-Resistant, Safe and Secure, Guaranteed For Life
