FUDD Military Precision Shooter needs schooling.

A simple question with a complicated result. But the good members here have given plenty of correct information. It's good to see a spot where there are so many educated shooters.

All the dope taken from the range at Greeley had to be reshot and annotated once we landed in Christchurch. Cheers to all that have seen the toilet flush counter clockwise.

What if it's flat, but still spinning

That being the case, why aren't more barrels produced in the northern hemisphere in left hand twist ? They're all right hand unless you specify otherwise.

You'd think that knowing this the standard would be left hand twist.
Nothing in the northern hemisphere is left-handed! Ask me how I know. Dagnabbit, I am left-handed in a right-hand world. I consider myself a minority and should get a discount on everything.

I'd like to take a moment to Thank all those that have references to modern methods/technical aids. Nowadays modern programs and technical aids have seriously advanced the theory of a shooting resolution. Decades ago, hand written log books and range time with a single load and rifle required massive man hours. Things have gotten much better nowadays. Yet as an Old FUDD, I still don't trust what I haven't shot on the range. Guess Old habits go hard. Thanks again folks.
