I heard aoudad meat was terrible in every form, so I used mine for jerky only. Cut it very thin and with pretty heavy marinade. Ended up quite good

I heard that if you mix it 50/50 with premium ground round and salt you might be able to get your dog to eat it.

Great ram! I'd really love to get one and try to cook with it....mainly because people talk so much trash about it! I might go for one that's not so old for those purposes though!

Nice Ram!! The truth with Aoudad meat is the flavor is similar to desert mule deer to me. They are good if you grind them into burger or sausage. They are tuff like boot leather to try to eat as a steak.

Awesome!! Mix the Aoudad 50/50 with some fresh Javelina for a ride on the "wild side" of sausage!
