Free range TX Aoudad success!

I killed my first free range TX aoudad a few weeks ago. He measured 30 1/2". My boyfriend and his business partner killed two on the same ranch a few weeks before me that were 34" and 34 1/2". Incredible place, 40,000 acres, low fence, great sheep quality and numbers, near Del Rio. The guide was awesome and really knows his sheep. PM me for ranch/guide info.

Nice sheep--rams like that are a rare thing...I have hunted more than my fair share of Aoudad--and I can tell you a 30 in +++ ram is not only rare but a thing of beauty! Good job!

Awesome ram! One of my biggest regrets when leaving Texas was that I never went hunting for one myself.
