This scope came on my 308 Remy when I bought it (which I bought from an individual and he bought it from Ray's in Dallas). I do not have the box, but it is basically perfect. It has no rings marks that I can find anywhere, or any scratches so the appearance is basically "as new" or close to it. The function of the scope is perfect and is basically is as new.
For what it is, it is the best scope I have ever used, I just want a higher magnification.
