If you can post a written guarantee from a Manufacturer please do.

What has a written guarantee ever had to do with the quality or performance of a rifle scope? What's important is selecting a scope which doesn't need to be returned under warranty.
What do you get if you return a scope under warranty? You get a scope back like the one you were dissatisfied with and likely to have the same issues.

I think Code4 is suggesting that scopes are unreliable in POA with power changes.
I haven't seen it with Mk4 or NXS scopes, so it's hard to believe -with regard to common SFP scopes.
I don't know about FFP scopes.
