I've had the flu twice and the script for theraflu was a game changer. Had me feeling better in a day or two. Still needed a few more to completely recover but didn't feel like dying either.

Started last Wednesday, 24th and 25th were the worst days. Coughing a bit still and every couch is an excruciating chest cavity, shoulder and arm pain. Feel tired, heck it even slowed down my adhd. I've never been sick like this. Tested for covid several times and all negative, just a darn flu.
Theraflu definitely helped, and some cough syrup

Still can't shake dry raspy cough. Wakes me up constantly. Prescription cough suppressant doesn't do squat. Humidifier added to room. Only hot steamy shower helps. Have friend tell me he has had it for 3+ weeks afterwards. Great.
Muddy, Ricola cough drops have helped so far. When I get that itchy throat I pop a cough drop and it helps a lot. Lemon mint flavor are my favorites.
A spoonful of raw honey with some lemon juice every 4 to 5 few hours also helps.
I use to like Ricola and forgot but will grab some ASAP. Thx!!
