Gord0, you right on as well, haven't needed to trim yet either, length is still good to go. Sounds like your 300 and my 7 work the brass about the same! And yes, annealing is next.

I've been annealing every 3rd firing and I'm running Sig brass. It is the most consistent brass I've ever measured. Largest variance in neck thickness has been .0005" (no I didn't make a mistake and add an extra zero to that) It's also running +-1gr for wieght across different lot numbers.
