I got the hornady 190g a tip seating stem yesterday it's shorter then the other seating stems and deeper and seems to fit the 195s better

Fire forming brass. 73 g of retumbo with 195 at 2800 fps

Thank you so far I'm liking it the stock feels good the trigger is very nice no creep at all favorite trigger I've used hope once this brass is fire formed it shoots better I'm sure it will

Got some more fire forming done yesterday perfect day for shooting

Made it out today talked to rich told me to bump up my charge from 73g to 76g speed jumped up too 2942fps

What twist rate?

It's a 1-8 twist 26 in

Anybody used a slower twist rate with success? I'm thinking about using an 8.5 twist because that's what is available. Any issue with this?

A lot of people told me to get the full potential of the 195s way out there go with the 1-8 twist

Well, I've decided to use the 8.7 twist that is available, kind of wish it were an 8, but I trust my smith's opinion on this.
