Figuring out what unlabeled ammo is

Found some hornady 3006 Ammo that was laying loose I know it is hornaday 3006 but is there a way to determine what grain it is 150 165 etc
I'm drawing a big brain freeze on how to go about it thanks

Pull one bullet and weight it, empty powder in small container, run brass through full size die without the decapping pin. Load powder again and re-seat bullet.
