I just picked up the Carbon fury in 300 RUM and I am nothing but impressed with the fit and finish of this gun. The bolt is the smoothest I've ever felt and has almost zero slop. I was worried about the trigger from reading some bad reviews But it has a really nice clean brake at 2.6 lbs with no creep. The biggest thing is the weight, talk about a light gun with a 26 inch barrel!

the group shown below was 4 shots at 100 yards with no muzzle brake and factory ammo- Hornady EDLX 220 grain.

Barrel length- 26 inches
internal magazine length-3.750
Magazine capacity- 4
Scope- Vortex Viper HST 4

I Think they are both great choices. Why I ended up going with Fierce was the 1/2 MOA guarantee made me feel a lot better about spending so much $$$ and I am glad I did!

Great rifle , I'm glad to see your so happy with the purchase. I have a very high opinion of fierce rifles ! I'm really thinking hard about picking one up for the exact same reasons as you describe , fit and finish , light weight and accurate . They seem to fit me well. Congratulations on you new rifle.

Swamp donkey I'm curious, did you purchase the gun with the brake along with thread protector? Just wondering how the gun felt with and without the brake installed? Good shooting!!!

So if you can find the gun you are looking online at Cabelas or bass pro and have them ship it to the closest store to you. For me it was three hours. it comes with everything you would have to pay more for when getting it from Fierce directly.
Muzzle brake
Thread protector
Scope base and screws
Bolt tool
The difference between muzzle brake on and off is unnoticeable to me. the muzzle brake is highly affective and ultra light. The reason did my group test with out it I personally prefer not to where ears while hunting so muzzle brake for me is a no go. I did shoot about 5 rounds with it installed and I couldn't believe I was shooting a 300 RUM.

Awesome shooting!! I've got a fierce edge but with a steel barrel. I haven't shot that far yet just working on a better load. I got a .25" group at 100 yds but opens up at 400 yds vertically. I'm guessing it's still speeding up at 60 rounds. I can't get out much so it's just on the back burner for now. Glad to see I made the right choice in going with fierce!!

Thanks you guys

Warrior27-you got to let us know how it goes when you get you're new gun in.

B-LOT banga-.25 moa that's awesome I can't wait to start handling for this gun I just need more time off work.

pmacc60- I know it may seem that way lol. I am really blown away by this rifle I have a Nosler 300 win, Savage 338LM and if had to chose only one it would be this one every day of the week.

I meant that with all sincerity, I'm much impressed by the fierce rifles and yours is fantastic.
