I like the Murphy bases because they are not as tall as Farrell bases. Farrell rings are first class. I installed a set of Farrell rings on rifle, after I sighted the rifle in, I noticed the writing was backwards on the rings. So, I decided to remove the rings from the scope and rifle and turn them around allowing the writing on the top of the rings to be readable from the rear of the rifle.When I shot the rifle and was shocked the see the bullets impacted within a 1/4 MOA of the bullseye.
