"I had been losing sleep over that "gap" between the .338 LM and the .50 BMG"

Well, it fills a "gap" for me.

In April I was entered in a 3000 yd challenge. I had to withdraw from the competition.
I have a Savage 338 LM and 3000 yards is stretching it.
I have a Fisher/McMillan 50 BMG but CA said I could be arrested if I brought it into their state.

If I had been able to switch barrels on the Savage to a .375 SWISS P, I would have been able to compete.

He needs more than hunting lessons and history. He needs a lobotomy

I found brass for everyone and it's only $13/piece.

All it takes is some time and moolah and you can have anything your little heart desires.

time will bring it down. Either it wont catch on and the brass becomes useless so cheap or it become popular and competition will drive the price down. But I already pay $10 a round for loaded 338. Powder, bullet and primer are the smaller portion of the cartridge.
