Yeah, Im not saying they are the best. I dont know who is. The dealer i use likes Pulsar, and he thinks that is the brand to beat, i guess for lack of a better analogy. However, at the price point i wanted to spend, he point me to the rattler. When i started to dive into what i am like as a hunter, what gun i would be using, and what i would be using a thermal for - it was an easy choice to make. Once i looked through it, i knew it was the right decision to make.I love the battery setup. No proprietary batteries like pulsar and no built in batteries like ATN. If your batteries die, you can run down to walmart and get some more.
I dont hunt every night with it, but i do a few times a year, and it is just as good, if not better, than other thermals at twice the price. Hopefully i dont have to find out what their warranty service is like.
