Licenses for elk and deer are around $1K, airfare, car rental, gas, hotel before and after hunt, food, guide tip, meat processing for an elk is around $300 and then you have to get it home, cost me $300 for extra baggage. Figure $3K on top of hunt, doesn't include taxidermy. Just bring a lot of money and credit cards! Good luck.
