Elite 6500 4.5-30, is it good?

Do you have a link to your previous comments regarding Bushnell?
Do you find the glass inferior to the 3200 and 4200 line, or the mechanical system, or is it just that the 6.5x is just too much and results in a dark view?

As much as I post over the web I don't have a direct link, but I've deleted nothing, and it's out there somewhere. It might be in the Optics section of Sniper's Hide.

I think the Elite 4200 has better glass. Didn't compare to the 3200 but I would hope it (6500) is better than that!

The scope is a fine overall package, and the knobs are decent. It is what is is for the price point. a good, safe choice for the money.

Bushnell is not claiming 80 MOA of adjustment on the 4.5-30x50 model in question although they do make that claim for their 2.5-16x42 and 2.5-16x50 models.
