Eld Match for big game?

Please tell us how that goes. I'd be interested in seeing how any ELDM works on a Kodiak brown bear. I've used 208s on moose. I definitely won't again but a 285 might be different.

Been more than a year and no response. Theoretically, a 10' Kodiak bear might have got slapped badly with 285grain eld-m then ate him. Hopefully my theory is wrong.

First kills today with the 285 eldm 338, driving them pretty quick, around 3000, 242 yard doe antelope, drt, 284 yard doe antelope, drt. Granted antelope are very soft skinned, but I have seen many run after being hit. Not these! Hopefully a cow elk or two coming up soon.
