Douglas premium XX barrels

Are the Douglas premium XX barrels any good? How do they compare to a Hart, Brux, Shilen, etc?

their not hand lapped, mine used to be horrible to clean till I ran 1/2 of a fire lapping kit through it, much better now. It's always shot well though. I have a Shilen that's hand lapped on another rifle, my opinion you'll be money ahead to just go ahead and get the better barrel.

I wouldnt swap 1 Brux for any 3 Douglas barrels.

Go better. However i have a 25x284 from Ultra lite arms and douglass is all he uses. The gun shoot awesome but im sure he gets the cream of the crop of barrels.
