That's a 'Home Invasion', folks…..and I can "reasonably articulate" (and so would my F.O.P attorney) in court that anyone who breaks into my home WHILE I'M THERE certainly intends to do me or my family harm. At that point their "intentions" don't even matter and they'll be leaving on a gurney with more holes than they came with. Priority One is the safety of my family…..everything else will come out in the wash….
