After 20+ years as a very loyal customer with Midwayusa I'm calling it quits. I've seen other posts like this on many forums and refused to believe them but my eyes have been opened. Not only have their prices increased so they're no longer competitive but their customer service and commitment to fulfilling orders is a joke. Ordered factory seconds the minute I got the email, Dec 4, they of course immediately charged the credit card and the next day provided a tracking number. Called today, Dec 18, because I never received the order and got some lame excuse the shipping dept never fulfilled it. Now of course they're out of stock and the rep basically said too bad! They "couldn't do anything to help". They at least gave me a credit on the card but this is bs. I guess Larry is too wealthy to care about the business. Welcome corporate America. I'm done with them.
