I guess between my age, and (less than) average intelligence, I refuse to get on Facebook. It's nothing but the National Enquirer in electronic form. Facebook is the only place (other than the internet) where you are an expert in any field, 6'4" tall, handsome beyond all, rich, and have a great personality.....well, now that I think about it, maayybee I oughta.......naw.....rsbhunter

I never have had social media. My wife tries to fill me in on all peoples drama all the time cause she is always on the Facebook, I always am like "I DONT CARE".

Facebook is an exercise in Self-Aggrandizement. You guys are my Facebook! (But if you ever do want to know how many loads of laundry I did on any given day, PM me).

Nope. People are people. Ain't no getting around it. And it's the same all over. I have learned, that tasks are not usually my difficulty. If I have something I want/need to do, whether at work, or at home, my difficulties nearly ALWAYS start with other people.

The wife was always sickened by an old school friend's daily Fakebook posts of eating here and there among other daily garbage, who cares! I do like when she shows pics of friends and family though.

You've gotta wonder what would happen if Facebook actually crashed - Catastrophically? Would bridges be crowded with jumpers? A run on nylon rope at the hardware store? Holy Cow, the people that would implode emotionally if that happened would be legion. It's pretty sad, actually.
