Dialog Box Missing

I'm having an issue where the dialog box ida missing and I have to quote someone in order to prompt the dialog box so I can post. When i try to send a PM, i can't get the dialog box either. Did i somehow disable it?

Do you have any ad blockers, or JS disabled in your browser? It usually only happens when something has been disabled.
