My advice is walk away dont know the chambering or who did the work you dont want problems like this if it sounds to good to be true well you know the rest
I would pass on this rifle for 2 reasons. You stated it wasn't finished and it's in a pawn shop. Why is it in the pawn shop for starters. Got burned on a similar deal years ago. Just trying to help!
Guess should have been more forthcoming on the 90% turn key. All it needs is scope. Its creakoted, has 20moa rail or more. The work on this rifle is not backyard or basement. Fit and finish is very well done. As for why it's in PS I'm sure the same reason any other firearm winds up in one someone needed money. No big deal was just trying get info on possibilities of find out what it is without to much hassle.
Well I suppose you could obtain the rifle then send it to a reputable gunsmith and have in rechambered to anything you felt like. In for a penny, in for a pound.
