It can but the possibilities of a lug being available commercially is slim. Do some searching. PTG used to carry lots of lug widths.

The alternative is get a slightly thicker lug and take it to a grind shop or a gunsmith with a precision grinder. Have the thickness reduced to the dimension required.

Most used alternative is to adjust the tenon length and the chamber for proper headspace.
