I've got a Sunny Hill for Defiance XM. Seems to be high quality. I'm not sure if they make one for XM Plus/medium.
Hawkins makes high quality BM also. Magazines and BDL style.

FYI, found out the hard way that bottom metal options changed recently due to some redesigns of their actions. I have a medium action build going and, per the guys at Short Action Customs, see message copied below that I received a few weeks ago (I am waiting for the XM+).

We were finishing up your rifle and discovered that we ordered your action prior to Defiance changing their XM specs to XM+ in order to accept the Hawkins Hunter bottom metal. This was news to us as we weren't not even aware that was a thing. So regardless we have a couple options for you. Just let me know what you would like to do

- Order New Defiance XM+ Action rush priority the action (~4week lead time plus nitride time of ~3 weeks after so about 2 months total)
- Switch your bottom metal to a standard Hawkins DBM with MDT 3 Round XM Length Magazines. This won't give you the hunter look but it would make the turnaround time rather quickly
Yeah their xm is a proprietary length. The medium is an industry standard medium and was formerly called xm plus. Which was weird cause the xm is longer than the plus(medium). With the xm you can do the hunter dbm with the mdt xm mags( good luck finding a 3 round) or they sell a floor plate bottom metal specifically for the xm. The advantage to the xm is you can load to 3.2 versus the medium ie plus which is around 2.955.
