They work the same. One shot is enough. I load each with the same amount of R15 powder and they shoot to the same POI.How well does that 120 eldm work on pigs and deer? I usually shoot the 123 eldm and they have been devastating on deer.
My buddy on the same deer lease, shot one that tape measure calculated over 330 pounds. Now THAT's a hog!

I'm in southwestern Oklahoma. We have feral hogs. You DO NOT want feral hogs in your area!I am waiting for the day I can put crosshairs on a pig. We don't have any in Nevada (that I know of) and anywhere I look to go shoot them they want an arm and a leg to hunt them.
That pig you shot looks very edible. Good on you for putting delicious meat in the freezer!!!!
After over 30 years looking, I got one. Rare in NH. I'd love to go to the south for a hunt. 103 pounds dressed

I can assure you that I have no desire to bring them to Nevada. I have raised pigs and know what damage they can do to crops, ground nesting birds and any young animals that can't get away.I'm in southwestern Oklahoma. We have feral hogs. You DO NOT want feral hogs in your area!
Feral hogs are omnivores. They will eat anything and everything.
If they find a fawn, they eat it!
Game bird ground nests are susceptible.
Surprise one or corner one can be bad news!
They are terrible on crops! I've seen acres of wheatland ripped apart. Rooted into oblivion.
I drove a tractor into a wallow hidden by tall grass! Still haven't figured out how it didn't break an axle!
They carry diseases they pass on to livestock.
Hunters often cause more damage than the hogs. That's why it cost so much to hunt them.
The landowner is looking to recoup some of the loss due to hog damage and hunter damages.
Feral females can breed at six months of age. They can have litters of 2 or 3 or as many as 10! (+/-).
A sow can rebreed every 6 months and produce 2 or 3 litters per year!
