Lee universal decapper die on the Lee load master or any progressive press.
Shells dump into the bin, no handling them twice.
Doing it by hand gets old really fast, and bad for old hands, ask the old guys

X2 for the Frankford Arsenal. I like how it catches the spent primers. One of the spare bushings doesn't want to stay attached to the tool but other than that it works great.

x3 for Frankford. I've run a couple thousand rounds thru mine (6.5 PRC, 308 Win, and 300 WM) and it has held up well.
It takes about 5 seconds to insert brass, deprime, and remove the brass; and it captures each spent primer.
