Czech Republic Passes Similar 2nd Amendment

So has anyone seen this recently? They actually passed similar 2nd Amendment language to their Constitution! This flies in the face of the left wing EU liberals which do not want citizens to own firearms. Now the EU cannot do anything about this. Yeah they can impose sanctions but the Czech republic doesn't care.
