I been wondering if someone had came out with a smokeless barrel. Could a person send there muzzle loader in? I have a CVA Optima v2 50 cal LR nitride rifle. It has a 28 inch barrel.

Questions like this are best directed to the Smith doing the work, but my best "WAG" would be "no". The 'conversions' listed above are rifles w/ barrels already designed to handle the pressure curves of smokeless powders. They are fitted with an ignition that will also handle those same curves and allow the use of regular rifle primers (LR or Magnum).
