Customizing a Bergara

So I've got a Bergara wilderness Ridge in 7 rem mag that I've been planning to change some things on. I had originally been planning on putting on a different muzzle break, then putting on an AG Composites stock, was debating on changing the trigger, and maybe eventually putting on a suppressor. So my question comes from the chat I had with the salesman at my local gun shop, where he said to get a suppressor first, then worry about everything else because my opinions may change.
So what would yall start with first if you had to buy one item at a time?

Id decide what u like least and start there. Make changes based on your desires.

Now if you were also looking at changing bottom metal Id say make sure that ur new stock and metal go together but other than that I cant imagine why u should do the thing that you say you "may eventually" first.

That's fair. I guess after Christmas I'm getting a new muzzle break from muzzle breaks and more.

I am not a big fan of spending that much money to upgrade the stock and muzzle brake, which is over half the cost of the rifle. First of all, what is wrong with your current setup? What type of muzzle brake? How is it shooting? Share as much pertinent information as possible to yield the best recommendation for you to decide on.

All depends if the upgrades are neede to make gun more accurate or just for fun. If trigger is sub par I would change that first. If all the parts are good and gun shoots good as is then suppressor would be my number 1.

It has an American style stock that I like the feel of but have a hard time with getting a good consistent cheek weld. After getting to mess with a stock similar to that of a AG Composites I really like the grip angle a lot better. It's got the Bergara omni brake (radial), which does a decent job reducing recoil but I'm having issues with a lot of muzzle rise/jump when shooting from a bench. I'm currently getting sub 3/4" groups at 100 with 154 Gr SST superformance. I do believe there is some things I could try and change with myself to do better but still have to identify those.

If you need comb risers, there are plenty of aftermarket products available from $20 and up, depending on your preferences.

I do not want to assume anything, but are you using factory ammo or handloading? Is your stock bedded?

Spoken like a true salesman!! Don't upgrade anything that helps you with the accuracy and shootabilty of this here rifle because none of the stuff you need we sell. So...you should buy one of these handy dandy, real nice supressors we happen to have right here! For an easy $1500 you can not only protect your ears but you can look cool doing it. Look at me, all my "factory long range rifles" sport a supressor!

I would 100% put the money into a quality stock, have it bedded by a competent smith, get you a quality trigger and consider a better aftermarket brake!

Factory ammo at the moment, I'm just getting into reloading and hoping to start working my first loads up in the next few weeks. No the stock is not bedded. Wasn't going to bed this stock was going to wait till I got a new one.
