Hey I'm looking for a new stock for my gun I've been looking at a couple of brands like Russo stocks but I live in bc so I don't know if I can get a custom stock made

The last few I sent to BC, I sent them to Corlane's , Rocky Mountain Rifles, through an importer in Bellingham, Washington. You may want to give them a call and see if they will handle the import/export for you.
