Bat Ignitor can be had in short or long on Rem 700 footprint. I absolutely love mine hands down the best action I've ever ran. You can find higher dollar actions but you'll be hard pressed to find a better one.
For $1149 you can get a full barreled action with a Solus action from PVA.

Kelbly actions, Kelbly Atlas Lite is at 1k, Atlas And Atlas Tac, I have several Tacs and Kelbly is my main go to actions for my business. Very smooth and I love the mechanical ejector over spring loaded.

Thanks for all the great info. Obviously, there are far more choices than I would have imagined for a custom action in the $1,000 price range.
I've selected one of them and my new build is getting started. The longest wait will be for the stock. Hopefully, I'll be shooting the new rig by July.
